How do I know if the diagnostic test, treatment or surgery is covered by my insurance company?

If in doubt, we recommend contacting your company to ask as the company should be asked for authorisation to go ahead if the procedure is covered. You should bring this authorisation with you when attending for the corresponding medical procedure.
